At Somnus Project, we’re committed to delivering your sleep-enhancing products quickly, safely, and transparently. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Please allow for possible delays during high-volume periods or carrier issues beyond our control.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 2-11 business days (varies by region)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Free shipping may be offered for select promotions or minimum order thresholds.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

If you haven’t received your package within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at support@somnusproject.com.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Somnus Project is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered.” We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.

For items damaged during transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.


CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing your order immediately, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please email us as soon as possible at support@somnusproject.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
