We stand behind the quality of our sleep-enhancing products at Somnus Project. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to make it right.
RETURNS
We offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
To start a return:
Email us at support@somnusproject.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions if your item qualifies.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Eye masks
Mouthpieces
Body care products (e.g. essential oils, magnesium soaks)
Any opened or used items
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo of the damaged item(s) along with your order number to support@somnusproject.com and we’ll make it right—either by replacement or refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–9 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 9 business days:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before a refund is posted
